The Houston facility is self-service. You can access your wine 24/7/365. If you need assistance moving your wine into your locker, please contact us at info@vineyardwinecellars.com or 866-973-1100.

Access is 24/7/365. There is a gate at the parking lot that may be closed during off hours. You will have a code to enter the gate. Once you have secured your wine locker, you will be invited to download the Brivo app on your mobile device. When the app is open and you are standing near the reader, the door will unlock.

We provide flexible month-to-month lease options with no long-term contracts. Store with us short or long-term.

We accept all major credit cards.

Our facility is for wine storage only. No other items including but not limited to perishables, plants, animals, stolen or illegal goods, flammable or hazardous items, combustible items, or other liquids, may be stored at our facility.
